I am using your Webm converter free download version. Can I change the color of the webm player?

Yes. Open the Output Folder of the Webm converter. Select the video player you like to customize. There will be a template css file with .css as its extension. You can use a text editor (such as notepad), or a page editor (such as Dreamweaver) to open and edit the CSS file. See screenshot as bellow:
